Yes, you can have 2 PayPal accounts. When you are doing business in two countries – you have to have 2 PayPal accounts. These 2 PayPal accounts will use two different currencies and PayPal will report them to appropriate tax agencies. In fact it is recommended by PayPal to have 2 separate accounts. If you want to have 2 separate accounts in one country – you can open a personal PayPal account and business PayPal accounts.
